rapid appointment, the rationale is simple. We would rather you wait a bit longer
for an appointment to insure a pleasant experience, rather than
overbook you and have you wait an extraordinary period of time. The sweetness of a quick appointment
will be soured by a 2 hour wait because of overbooking.
